went to jakarta on wednesday. came back here friday night. hehe. bought loads of stuff. JAKARTA IS FUCKING CHEAP!!! seriously. anyway here are some stuff i bought, or rather, my parents belanja'd =P hehe.

divide the numbers by 2365 and u get the price in ringgit. hehe. its soo cheap. especially cd's from indonesian artists. they should have that concept here =P the funeral for a friend cd was a bit expensive coz imported kot? i dunno.

besides that bought an Abrecombie & Fitch tshirt, a CK Jeans tshirt, a random t-shirt dunno wat brand. hehe. 2 shirts from Espirit, and jeans from Moschino and Hugo. bought it at the factory outlet store, which means its all original but wayyy cheap. haha.

total money my parents spent on me was probably just under rm300, for all those stuff above, including the cd's. crazy huh? =P haha.

even bought an Espirit top for Adilah. haha.

the food there is GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i especially love nasi padang. the lauk is so delicious. hehe. but i doubt u guys would enjoy it. its all weird stuff, like otak and ayam pop and stuff. u guys won't even eat lidah!! thats like a superb kelantan delicacy. haha! but its tastes like ~heaven~ =P haha.

the city itself is very modern. i mean it wasn't like Medan (which is basically very kampung) or Bali (a beach resort). Jakarta is a city, so its kinda like KL. only of course less modern. haha. but the shopping complex near my hotel could be rated as about the same level as KLCC or Bintang Walk. and, as with all international cities, there's a Starbucks at every few blocks =P haha!

overall it was a good trip. only because i only spent money on 3 cd's (Gorillaz, Ciara and Finch). the others were all paid for by the Rents. haha!
